At this cozy, sun-washed Penn Quarter corner bakery, mornings start early with layers of croissant dough and an artisanal java charge that lasts all day.  Each croissant, cake slice and cruffin is complemented by savories such as ham & Gruyere croissants, Caprese sandwiches on house-baked bread, and quiche made in our signature gluten-free crust.
